Returns and exchange

At ZAJO.com, you have the freedom to return products for any reason within 100 days of receiving your order. The key condition is that the goods must be in their original state — unworn, undamaged, and with all product labels intact.

For peace of mind, we recommend sending the package as a registered parcel with insurance, ensuring the package can be traced in case it gets lost.

Once we receive your returned goods, we'll quickly verify everything and process your refund. You'll have the money back in your account within 14 days, often much sooner. 

If you don't receive it within this timeframe, please reach out to our customer service to address the issue promptly.

As underwear and socks require special attention for hygiene reasons, the conditions for exchanging and returning them vary. While other products can be tried on, this is not the case for these product categories.

Therefore, if the packaging of the underwear or socks is unopened, intact and it can be clearly demonstrated that they have not only not been worn but also not tried on, we will gladly accept them for return or exchange.

If these conditions are met, as with other products, a 100-day period applies for possible exchange or return.

If you return the entire order, we will refund the shipping costs to your account. We do not cover the costs caused when returning the order. In case of returning part of the order, we do not refund shipping costs.

You're welcome to return an unused online purchase at any of our stores within 100 days, under the same conditions as a postal return. While it's not mandatory, bringing your invoice can expedite the process. 

Refunds are processed to the original payment account within 14 days. 

Exchanges for different colors or sizes, or items of a higher value with a surcharge, are also available within 100 days of purchase.

Items bought in-store can't be returned; however, exchanges for different colors, sizes, or items of greater value with an additional payment are possible within 100 days of purchase.
