Each product has its own specific instructions regarding maintenance and care. You can always find the most detailed information on the label of the individual products, you can find more general information on this link.

However, for the vast majority of functional materials, we strongly recommend washing at lower temperatures, with mild detergents and without using a fabric softeners. 

Most functional materials, especially materials with a waterproof and breathable membrane, do not get along with an iron and should not be ironed at all, or through a piece of fabric.

Specific information and recommendations for a specific product can always be found on the product label.

If clothing or equipment is damaged, contact our customer service. We can repair some damage by agreement, sometimes we can give recommendations on how to fix the problem yourself.
