We've made Litio Shield jackets using a cutting-edge Pertex® Shield membrane material that's the ultimate reliable barrier against rain, snow or wind. No matter how heavy the downpour, the jacket will not let a drop of water through, even in critical areas such as the seams, which we have taped. Whether you're heading to work or hiking mountain trails, Litio Shield jackets keep you dry.

Ultralight and packable

When it comes to outdoor gear, weight matters. On a short walk, you probably won't know it, but on longer hikes, every gram makes a difference, and every cubic inch of extra space in your pack comes in handy.

We chose the Pertex® Shield material not only because of its excellent parameters in terms of protection against the elements, but also because it can offer these parameters at an extremely low weight, which puts Litio Shield jackets in the category of products for ultralight hiking. What's more, Litio Shield jackets can be packed down to a really minimal size, so they take up almost no valuable space in your backpack, which you can use for other important items of equipment.

Breathable for year-round wear

Even a low-quality waterproof jacket can usually protect you from the rain, the difference is that your body is literally suffocating in its own moisture, which doesn't really add to the experience. A good waterproof jacket can do as much to prevent moisture from reaching your body as it can wick moisture away from your body and outwards.

The Pertex® Shield material literally excels in the breathability/vapor permeability department, allowing the body to breathe and preventing moisture and heat from accumulating under the jacket even during more intense activities.
